Maria Haswell, Reiki Master/Teacher, is hosting Reiki & Meditation nights at the Center. The feedback since the beginning of the year has been fantastic! Reiki and meditation are excellent paths to enriching your spirit, rejuvenating yourself, and helping you create a more restful life. Reiki is an ancient healing art that balances energy, reduces stress, opens up creativity, calms your mind, and increases focus and productivity. It enables your body to heal itself naturally by encouraging balance, and creates an overall state of harmony and well-being. Relax and quiet your mind in the meditation space while listening to soft music, before and after your Reiki treatment from trained Reiki practitioners.
