Class Schedule
The beauty of our Center’s yoga practice is the ability for a teacher to present postures to:
-the beginner (with the aide of props)
-the intermediate (less props while working on body alignment)
-the advanced (arrive in the posture and use the knowledge of pranyama)
…all in one class. Come as you are to our yoga Center in the East Bay. Let our teachers guide you.
DANVILLE YOGA SPECIALS
New students are offered your first 3 Classes for $30 (cash/check) ($35 credit)
Teens are 5 classes for $50 ($55 credit) (must be signed in by an adult)
