Class Schedule
The beauty of our Center’s yoga practice is the ability for a teacher to present postures to:
*the beginner (with the aide of props)
*the intermediate (less props while working on body alignment)
*the advanced (arrive in the posture and use the knowledge of pranyama)
…all in one class.
