Book Club
Yoga is a practice of many dimensions and challenging the mind is one of them. Our Book Club was inspired by our community of yogis and their friends who wanted to come together off the mat to share their stories of travel and life. All our welcome - teens, men and women, yogis who come to yoga classes and frequent the Center … and those who are still thinking about it.
The Female Brain by Louann Brizendine, M.D.
If there are women in your life, or perhaps you are raising one, some of our teachers are forever quoting the wisdom offered from this book. By the same author is The Male Brain (which I also plan to read and welcome you to do), but our focus will be on the femine/yin. All are welcome. We will meet June 14th at 7:30pm for tea and talk in Walnut Creek. Please RSVP to kamla@danvilleyogacenter.com.
